The Water Industry Awards, back for their 13th year, celebrate and reward outstanding achievement and innovation in the UK water industry. This category was new for 2019 celebrating water retailers who have made the biggest impact on their business customers

Celebrating our equality and diversity, and following on from our excellent Gender Pay Gap results, our CEO Chris Earle was named the first ever Male Agent of Change at Forward Ladies Regional Finals for the North West, Ireland and Wales.
